This tutorial will now teach you how to change the security question on your account. It is important to have a security question setup on your account as it adds an extra layer of security when requesting a password reset or other account information. This tutorial will assume that you are already logged into the client area of Hard Shell Hosting. If you are having problems doing that, or don't know how, please view the tutorial named "How to Login to the Client Area".
Along the top is the client area menu. Click on the link called My Details and then click on Change Security Question. This will take you to the security question screen where you may choose a question from the drop down menu and provide your answer. If you make any changes, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click on the Save Changes button.
